The new Line Bacon 108, a rebuild and redesign of the long lived (and long loved) Sir Francis Bacon. This next generation of Bacon (and the entire Line Brand) sees a new focus on durability, serving up a sandwich construction with Thick Cut Sidewall and a sturdy Maple-Macroblock wood core.
The swing-weight of the ski is kept down with some weight reduction in the tip and tail of the ski, giving a solid yet playful platform designed for having fun all over the hill.
The 108mm waist lends itself to soft snow, but isn't so wide that firm conditions and some laps through the park will feel alien.
Who’s it for?
The Bacon 108 is a versatile ski for its width, best suited for Northern Hemisphere riding, it now has a bit more grunt to really rip all over the hill. Whether its flipping of cliffs, spinning side-hits or its your first wide ski experience, the Bacon delivers.
Why we love it?
Historically this ski has been great for those looking for a playful 'mid-fat' powder ski, with the updated platform and construction we're stoked with how these skis perform.
