The DWR-treated shell, DK DRY waterproof insert, and high loft synthetic insulation of Wristguard. They are combined with the additional protection of detachable rigid nylon plates in the backhand and palm. The plates are made to have a minimal influence on range of motion and a minimal impact from a nasty wipeout.
